The Value of Webinars

Over the years, the consultants at Bennett/Porter & Associates have conducted hundreds of webinars and online demos for our clients. These sessions range from 90-minute in-depth training on advanced features in Sage 100, to hour-long technical classes on specific Excel functions, to half-hour demos on integrated product solutions.

There is plenty to learn! Whether you're participating in an educational webinar on creating a new company in Sage 100, joining a training on editing Crystal Reports, or attending a demo of the reporting functions of BizInsight, the time you spend on a Bennett/Porter webinar is never wasted. Our webinars are designed to build the proficiency you need to do your job, from quickly and easily creating export templates in Visual Integrator to closing out your financials at year end.

The success of our customers is always on our minds, and webinars provide an integral opportunity to engage with the people using the software every day. This has given us the chance to hear users' concerns, successes, and suggestions. We make sure customer feedback is taken seriously and is used to make improvements to our services. Whenever possible, we act as your advocate, pushing our software manufacturers to address concerns brought to our attention. The webinar format provides the option to tailor sessions to address both general and specific concerns of attendees. It also gives users from different companies the opportunity to network with each other and experience how many ERP processes remain standard across industries. Have a need for specific training? Share it with us, and we'll be happy to respond.

Speak up and let us know if there is a topic or product you would like to know more about. We are here to support our loyal customers, who have worked with Bennett/Porter & Associates over the past 29 years.
