A Sage 100 Discovery: Reporting on Multiple Fiscal Years

We love it when customers find ways to make their ERP software do even more for them. Terry from our friends at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare recently made the following find in their Sage 100 system.

"I just wanted to take a moment to share a discovery I made in SAGE today.

One thing about SAGE that has always annoyed me was that I couldn’t pull multiple fiscal years of a GL account at a given time. For instance 2015-2017 for a single GL#.

It turns out you can.

In the General Ledger Detail Report, change the Option Selection Criteria to “By Date'. Then you can select whatever date range you want and it is no longer limited to a single fiscal year!"
